About

Bio

Nicole graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University earning a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. She is a member of Delta Mu Delta, Alpha Sigma Lambda, The National Society of Leadership and Success, and  The National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Following in her family's footsteps and inspired by her NICU Warrior son, Nicole is passionate about helping others, especially for causes benefiting children. Nicole and her children have participated in fundraising and raising awareness for several organizations over the past several years. When she is not working, volunteering, or crafting- Nicole's favorite job of all is being a Mumma to her daughter and son. 

Dance

Having first auditioned at the age of 7, Nicole is a proud Alumni of the Melrose Youth Ballet. Growing up, Nicole studied various genres of dance including pointe, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, modern, tap, jazz, improve, musical theater, and hip-hop. She graduated from the Dancer Teacher's Education Course of Boston in 2012. Nicole performed as a member of the Simmons College Dance Team in their Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 productions. She later went on to train in ballroom dance competing in Rumba, Jive, and Cha-Cha. Nicole's passion for dance continues to shine as she has made annual guest appearances as Mrs. Silberhaus for MYB's Nutcracker production.

Inspiration

"During my first year in the Nutcracker, the Director said he needed more help managing the kids so I volunteered my mom and the rest is history! The two of us have been doing Nutcracker together ever since! From our house turning into the "alterations department" to our many, many trips to storage, it is not a fall and start to winter without Nutcracker. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to keep dance in my life by performing as an adult in the show. I love being able to apply my professional expertise into helping bring the Melrose Youth Ballet my mom and I love so much to the next level as we continue to grow and continue to improve."- Nicole Gangi
